Hey guys! This is my first time hosting an event. I am looking forward to meeting everyone and to start this group.

I have been doing therapy for the past 6 months, and I’ve been on a healing/spiritual journey since.

I haven’t been able to find any mental health/support groups talking about different mental health challenges/symptoms.
Such as CPTSD, BPD, ADHD, dissociation, anxiety and depression.
So i decided to make one on here.

Im looking for like-minded individuals who are on a similar path. Individuals who are looking for support of others on this journey and want to build/be a part of a safe, respectful, kind community. We can share, and heal together.

During these events, we will be sharing/talking about our challenges with different mental health issues/symptoms. We will be exploring and learning about each other by sharing our experiences.

My goal for this group is to make you feel less alone, to make you realize that you do matter and your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health ALL matter.

I want us to learn to sit with our emotions, that it’s okay to feel ALL emotions. By sharing our backgrounds, challenges and experiences, we will build a strong community of loving, caring, and understanding individuals. Who gather once or twice a week, to vent, to heal and to connect.

We will meet at Remedy cafe on 8631 109 St Nw. Looking forward to meet you and for this group growing slowly by slowly 🤗
