Local Wholesaling Networking Meeting

This meeting will be focused on networking, sharing ideas, and creating a strategy for everyone to work together to find local properties in Edmonton to wholesale or renovate and flip. The meeting will be lead by a local real estate investor who is actively searching properties for wholesale and flip.

The focus of this meeting will be to give you tips on finding "hidden" real estate deals and then build a team to find deals to wholesale in the local area. You can make nice finders fees by finding deals and then wholesaling them to other investors with our help. You only need the money to get the deal under contract, $500-$5000, but we can also help you in the process of getting it under contract.

Let's work together to find, renovate, and profit with local Edmonton properties! Meeting will include a short presentation on tips of finding unlisted deals followed by structured networking time.
