Join a powerful 4 week 3 component Tuesday class, January 9 & 16 with break then 30 & February 6

• that shows why dieting is destined to fail

• that teaches about body eating and how it leads to your natural body size

• to experience what physical hunger is

• to practise mindfulness and mindful eating

• to get an understanding of why you eat emotionally

• to build profound relationships of support and insight

• that will shift your life and how you see yourself in your it.

The program includes (i) four Tuesday evening group sessions to learn about your emotions and the reasons you eat when you're not hungry, deny yourself food when you are hungry or hate your body; (ii) two group mindful meal eating meditations per week for four weeks offered in person/online to practise new skills; and (iii) four private 20 minute coaching sessions one-on-one with Michelle.

Classes are Tuesdays: January 9, January 16, January 30 and February 6 from 7.00-9.30pm

Mindful Meals Online: Twice weekly; to be determined

Coaching Sessions: Scheduled weekly between you and Michelle

Course includes all of the above for early bird $299 and after December 31 $399. (If you are out of town or can't make the classes consider the "virtual package" that is the meals and coaching: early bird $149 and after December 31 $199. You need to connect personally to arrange this option)
