- Squad Up: You get randomly placed into a 4-person team.
- Mic Roulette: The mic moves around the room. You get 30 seconds to introduce yourself. Fast and fun.
- The Showdown: Founders get 10 minutes on stage to demo their product and impress your team.
- The Grand Reveal: To keep it completely fair, voting happens only at the very end. After all pitches are done, teams debate and drop their votes at the exact same time. Total drama.
