What are the lessons from Design Thinking for the edtech community?

How important is using design thinking for the Edtech field? We are launching Oulu branch of the Edtech Finland community with the design thinker Carolina Salazar! She’ll share with us how collaboration, empathy for the learners and other steps of this process can support companies, developers and teachers to improve and innovate their practices and products.
