Changing Teachers and Schools Discussion Panel (Online)

Join Edtech Austin is excited to invite you in Partnership with Teacher Talent and The Radical Equity fund to a Virtual Discussion Panel Led Discussion focusing on "The Changing Educational Landscape that will impact both Schools and Teachers"

As the world of schools, teaching, and learning is rapidly evolving, educational institutions and teachers need to have their voices heard during this time of change and uncertainty.

This meetup will be centered around important, emerging topics in the education world provided by the "Edtech Austin members". Participants in the meetup will have the opportunity to speak about their concerns, struggles, successes and future plans. We will be led by experienced ed-tech panelists, and come together in breakout rooms to discuss the topics that are most relevant in this time of uncertainty and change

Teachers have faced an unsurmountable task to switch all their teaching being done remote. Teachers have adapted quickly, learning new technology skills to integrate within a blended learning model. Not only have they made it happen but quickly.

Schools and Industry leaders have faced drastic change and will continue to make adjustments for the next school year in uncharted waters. Schedules, classes, and expectations will be different than ever before as we adjust to meet the educational needs of children while being safe. Schools will have to make adjustments to meet budget cuts, while learning to thrive in this "new" environment.

If you are a talented teacher, school organization, educator, edtecher-er or just looking for ways to network and opportunities to discuss, share, and learn, join us as we talk about the post-COVID world of education.

Social reform is on the forefront of everyone's mind and even more so in relation to education. We invite you to share your voice and opinions in this virtual discussion with industry leaders, and educators with topics chosen by you.
