All about Making!... for the kids in all of us :)

Hi everyone!

Who's ready for turkey? It's my favorite holiday of the year and the best part is getting together w/ family, friends and getting your hands dirty making the feast. We are going to do just this, getting your hands dirty that is, with the December meetup, which is happening during CS Ed Week (http://csedweek.org/)!

Partnering with the team behind htink (http://htink.org/) and the Makery (http://www.nycmakery.com/), the next meetup is all about making.

We are going to create a Rube Goldberg Machine that bridges the physical and digital worlds. While exploring the basics of Scratch programming and physical computing using the Lego WeDo, we'll jointly imagine and build several kinetic machines that connect to one another.
