Building a team is challenging at the best of times. Trying to build a team of data experts can be fraught with challenges, especially with so many businesses battling over a small (but growing) talent pool. In fact, it can get downright ugly if you don’t have the right framework, policies, and infrastructure in place.

This session and follow up panel (with two additional guest panelists) will provide you with the know-how to build the right framework for success in your organization, problem-solving solutions to avoid common hiring pitfalls and most importantly, how to hire your first data analyst or data scientist.
