The future of work in Taiwan - canceled

Details

We are back with our first live face-to-face session in 2021. This time we look at a topic that was prioritized highly during our kick-off last year: The future of work (in Taiwan).

Jimbo Clark and Florian Rustler will facilitate you through this session. We are grateful that the British Chamber of Commerce in Taipei provides us with their space for this meetup.

What is the session going to be about?

Whatever you thought it was going to be in 2020, chances are, you were wrong.
What started out as "Pandemic Pivots" are now becoming effective strategies that create new expectations, and frankly, Taiwan is likely being left behind, whereas the rest of the world is developing new practices for work.

Together with BCCT we had / are having two sessions to work on this topic. One with representatives from manly HR and related functions and one with a leadership focus.

In our meetup session we will share some insights from these two events and bring in your perspectives and discuss what we all can learn from this and how we might adapt and support each other.
