June Meeting - *Special Event* Tim Gaddis (Star Provisions) + "Cheesemonger"

This is going to be an exciting meeting, no question! We will be joined by the well-respected Tim Gaddis, Head of Cheese for Star Provisions. Also, we will be discussing the awesome book "Cheesemonger" by Gordon Edgar. Gordon Edgar personally recommended Tim Gaddis as a speaker to us, so it promises to be good.

Potluck

As expected, please bring your favorite cheese to the meeting. I spoke with Tim and he is familiar with a lot of the cheeses in the book. So, feel free to stop by Star Provisions and mention you are with the Atlanta Food Literature club and he can help you select a nice cheese to bring. Also, Alon's is a good choice as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's for shopping. Feel free to post the cheese you are bringing if you are worried that others might bring it as well.

RSVP Policy

As this is a special event, please only RSVP if you are sure you can attend. Cancellations and No-Shows of RSVP's are highly frowned upon. If you must cancel, please do so only with good cause and at least 5 days in advance so others can take your place. A lot of work goes into scheduling these events and late cancels and no-shows are viewed as disrespectful to the group. Late Cancels And No-Shows Will Result in Suspension/Dismissal From The Group.
