Panel #1:
Who Gets to Share in the Age of AI? Governing Creativity in a Connected World

This panel examines the challenges around AI data practices and the task of sustaining decades of openly accessible knowledge as sharing norms evolve. What new incentives and governance models could protect creators while supporting a healthier, more equitable commons in an AI-driven world?

Panel #2:
Beyond Bots: Keeping the Internet Human in an AI World
This panel moves past hype to explore what it truly means to keep the internet human in the age of AI. The panel will explore how artists, writers and communities respond to AI, from resistance to playful co-creation, and what those choices reveal about authorship, originality and human voice. Ultimately, we’ll ask how human values, lived experience and cultural nuance can be preserved as machines shape more of what we see and read.

Networking reception to follow panel discussions. No SXSW Badge required.
