It is a roadmap for allocating limited altruistic resources across five core themes: Evaluating Impact, Longtermism & Global Catastrophic Risk, Decision‑Making Under Uncertainty, Investing Wisely, and the Structure of EA. For each, tools are proposed: Moral Parliament for navigating moral uncertainty, interactive extinction‑risk and future‑trajectory simulators, enhanced portfolio builders, and movement‑coordination games, etc.
