To define our purpose as a group, and explore actions we (collectively and individually) can take towards that purpose.

How:
A facilitated workshop, with some combination of breakout groups, individual reflections, and whole room discussions.
Expected to be robust discussion that starts fairly theoretical and ends with some concrete takeaways.
