Team Topologies provides some guiding principles and patterns to help organizations create the best possible team compositions and most productive collaboration patterns between these teams.

After a short introduction of the Team Topologies topic, you will have the opportunity to apply these concepts to a practical case and experience the power and the challenges related to organization design.

Prerequisites:
As we'll use Zoom (Audio & video), Mentimeter & Miro, a second Computer screen and no mobile phone is needed to interact!
Active participants are welcome to join, while preparing and in between studying!
