Jeff has taught Effortless Meditation & Beyond to small and large groups for over 20 years and, as a volunteer, taught EM&B to inmates at a local jail for over 13 years. The results have been remarkable!
Generally, inmates experience enormous amount of frustration, anger, sadness, depression, anxiety and fear about things they have no control over on the outside, as well as concerns for themselves inside. Through EM&B, many experience deep Peace...
EXCELLENCE AWARD - In April 2019 Jeff received an Excellence award for "Outstanding Volunteer" from the jail.
Jeff trained for 6 years through the Leela School of Awakening and has been meeting with people for over 22 years privately or in small groups to assist them in moving through psychological/emotional issues.
In addition, he has helped people to Awaken to who they really Are - This inner Peace, Spacious Awareness, Presence, Silence, Stillness, Beingness...
During our gathering we will:
- experience EM&B and this meditation will be stress relieving and peaceful. Also, it is a very quick way to reveal at least a glimpse of Spiritual Awakening...
- explore whatever spiritual questions or emotional issues you may like to bring up...
