Enlightenment without Meditation

- This will be a very friendly small group session, where my goal will be to remove your incorrect beliefs that you need any kind of meditation practices, collect any spiritual knowledge or any kind of mental gymnastics in order to achieve "enlightenment"

- I will ask what your spiritual goals are, how you are going about it and answer any questions that you may have about your spiritual journey.

- Venue will be Willams Cafe on Queen Street & Airport Road at 5:30 PM on Monday 2nd June.

- There is no fee to attend whatsoever.

- When you click attend, I would like you to write what your spiritual goals are and how you are going about it. This will help me to understand your thought process.
