I have been teaching EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) for over a decade. It helps process trauma and stress, and the best part? It takes just five minutes to learn.

EFT is especially powerful in group settings.
During the tapping circle, I will teach you how to use EFT (tapping) to release fears, reduce stress, and process past traumas. We will also have time to tap together on specific fears brought up by participants.
This is a safe and non-judgmental space.
