FAQs

Do I need to have experience with Tapping to attend?
Not at all. Beginners are welcome. I’ll offer a brief overview at the start, and invite you to follow along in a way that works for you.

What if I don’t want to share?
That’s perfectly fine. Sharing is always optional.

What should I bring?
A glass of water is recommended. You might also want a quiet space and a journal, but no special materials are needed.

Will this be recorded?
No, these sessions are live only. This helps keep the space comfortable and focused on the present moment.

What if I have questions afterward?
