EFT on FORGIVENESS - "I Can't Forgive you because..." - then say what's true!

You don't ever have to forgive anyone. Period. (It's your choice!)

Most of us have half a dozen reasons that justify not forgiving someone.

These thoughts and beliefs we can Tap on, to help to clear the anger and hurtful emotions, to release the weight of unhappy memories we still carry with us.

How about experiencing freedom from hurtful feelings that have already lasted far too long? That could be worthwhile!

A little less weight from the past could be great. Of course, it would be great if people who have behaved badly would just 'own up' and apologize - but they usually do NOT!

We'll Tap on releasing the emotions held, the lies, denial, or excuses we remember about others - and how they're deserving or not deserving of forgiveness.
