This Intro to EFT Tap-along offers all the Tapping basics, PLUS Tapping's magic key for trauma release: the 9 Gamut sequence.

9 Gamut IS the Magic Key to making Tapping work well for you, when/if you get stuck! 9 Gamut is used for trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, grief/loss, and everything overwhelming. I'll explain why.

All this Tapping Class will be everything EFT... with many Tapping examples and explanations of how to use wording effectively.
