When we have felt abandoned, we might naturally fear or expect abandonment to happen again. Sometimes, to feel some control, if we fear a relationship might fail, we might even leave that relationship, first - before that person can leave us.

We'll acknowledge loss, look for better feelings, and calm distress with the calm provided by Tapping.
