The doubts or negative thoughts that arrive, after thinking positive thoughts, are called tail-enders. They can show us what our limiting beliefs are, and sometimes express our negative expectations.

Past negative experiences cause the brain to create its own future negative expectations, leading us to believe, that what we WOULD LIKE right now, probably isn't going to be possible for us.

Speaking in ONLY positives, seeing what comes up... and then calming those negative tail-enders with Tapping, can allow a release, and a clear inner space where positives can land, take root, and grow.
