It's simply true that at times the stresses of life can feel overwhelming. Adding the calm provided by Tapping to acknowledging what feels stressful can give you real relief.

It's time to acknowledge stresses, worries and misunderstandings, all the things I cannot control, over which I am not in control, and the things for which I am, or I am not responsible.

It's time to take a deep breath, and release some of the overwhelm created by feeling responsible, and caring for others.
