When I speak Affirmations in the positive present tense, there is still a part of my mind that resists believing the affirmation is true, because it isn't true yet.

Part of me knows that what I'm saying in words might be beyond what I believe is possible for me, or I might think an affirmation may never happen for me.

Tapping can help rebalance disbelief, acknowledge what is true, and allow space for what may be possible, that has not yet arrived.
