Welcome to the Tabernacle of Integrative Healing Meetup!
This community is for individuals interested in integrative wellness, spirituality, emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and personal growth. Together, we explore approaches that support healing and balance of the mind, body, and soul through Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Polyvagal-informed nervous system support, mindfulness, and compassionate community connection.
Our gatherings are designed to provide a supportive and welcoming space for reflection, emotional regulation, healing, growth, and connection. Through EFT tapping and integrative wellness practices, participants may experience greater grounding, emotional relief, nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and resilience.
Whether you are new to EFT and energy work or experienced in your healing journey, you are welcome here.
