Free Ego Rehab Support Group

You and your ego are cordially invited to the second free in-person Ego Rehab “support group!”

Who should attend: anyone with an ego who is really honest with themselves and wants to transcend the cycle of identification with ego.

Where: Story Cafe in Paia - or if anyone has a better suggestion, I’m open.

Since this is a new group, we’ll be getting to know each other’s egos 😅, including discussing our ego “disguises,” ego triggers, etc.

Our definition of ego is closely aligned with Eckhart Tolle’s definition from A New Earth. Basically, ego is the process of identifying with form—with the body, with thought forms, with emotional forms, with objects, with people, with labels. Or even more simply, as A Course in Miracles says, “Ego is the part of the mind that believes in division.”
