Building Relationship Frame

Our company is a complete system that in turn belongs to a larger system that is the set of organizations and professionals that integrate Agile as a reference framework.

Working agreements are a set of rules, norms, and expectations established by a team to guide their collaboration and behaviour. They help to establish a shared understanding of how to work together effectively, reduce conflicts and misunderstandings, and increase team morale and productivity. Working agreements are essential for building a healthy and successful team dynamic.

Feedback is essential for growth and development. It provides valuable information on strengths and areas for improvement, enhances communication and collaboration, and promotes a culture of continuous learning.
