🍮 料理について
クルス・ビ・シムシムは、やわらかい生地にごまをまぶして焼く、エジプトの伝統的なパンです。
外はほんのり香ばしく、中はふんわりとやわらかく、やさしい甘さがあり、紅茶によく合います。
エジプトでは家庭でよく作られ、朝食やおやつとして、幅広い年代の人に親しまれています。

当日は、みんなで一緒に材料の準備をします。
主な材料は以下の通りです。
• 小麦粉
• ごま
• 砂糖
• エジプトの黒蜜（モラセス／アスル・アスワド）
• 牛乳
• バター または 油
• ドライイースト
• 塩（少々）
材料はすべてイベント側で用意します。

- ご挨拶・準備
料理の紹介を行い、材料の準備をします。
- みんなで調理
**ロズ・ベル・ラバン（エジプトのライスプディング）**を
手順ごとに一緒に作ります。
- 試食・交流
出来上がったデザートを一緒に食べながら、
ゆっくり会話を楽しみます。
- 片付け・終了
最後に、みんなで洗い物と後片付けを行います。

🍮 About the Dish
Qors be simsim is a traditional Egyptian bread made with soft dough and coated in sesame seeds.
It has a lightly crisp outside, a soft and fluffy inside, and a gentle sweetness that pairs well with tea.
This bread is commonly baked at home in Egypt and enjoyed at breakfast or as a snack by people of all ages.

We will prepare the ingredients together.
Main ingredients include:

• Egyptian black honey (molasses)

All ingredients will be provided at the event.

🍚 What We Will Do (Step by Step)
- Welcome & Preparation
We will briefly introduce the dish and prepare the ingredients together.
- Cooking Together
Everyone will take part in making Roz bel laban (Egyptian rice pudding) step by step.
- Eating & Talking
After cooking, we will sit together, eat the dessert, and enjoy relaxed conversation.
- Cleaning & Closing
We will finish by washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen together.

This fee covers ingredients, use of the kitchen space, and related costs.
All ingredients will be provided.
