What we’re about

In the events we use dance and movement to relieve stress, express yourself and gain body awareness without judgement. We will also dive into different ways of movement and use movement as a meditative practice. You will also try to dance in different ways to find out which gives you confidence. This is a second class, however it is not to late yet to join. Come and try, regardless if you never danced or you are already a professional. Everyone will find something for himself.
