*Build a production ready PWA with Angular and Firebase
Adding PWA capabilities to an Angular app is easy with adding @angular/pwa via ng cli. However, you need to do more on your app to create best experiences for your users on multiple platforms. This session will cover what you need to do to optimize your PWA for the production with the guidelines of best practices and platform optimizations. These optimizations include iOS compatibility, web app manifest and ngsw configuration along with firebase server configuration.

About the Speaker - Önder is a Google Developer Expert in Web Technologies and he has been working on building web and mobile apps in various development ecosystems since late 90s. JavaScript and web has always been his passion and nowadays he enjoys it at its full while working as a Team Lead at KLM and LINKIT. He believes in team work and he shares his knowledge on ITNEXT and GDG-NL communities as a co-organiser and speaker. He's also interested in photography, capturing night photos specifically.

*Bashing bash with nodejs
Bash is a very powerful scripting language, but not always the most developer-friendly... In this live-coding session, we'll talk about some of Bash's pitfalls, how to avoid them with Node.js, and work towards a small CLI application. JavaScript can be an excellent shell scripting language, whether you're doing some one-off data processing, automating your workflow or building a CLI app, JS can help you out 💪

About the Speaker - Rick is full-time javascript developer, front-/backend... wherever JS is needed. While originally trained as an Industrial Designer, my focus has always been web applications. I'm currently working for Frontmen at Jumbo, creating applications for the store employees.

See you all the 10th of Oktober!
