An interactive workshop on understanding your cravings & food choices
Do you have that one treat you just canāt say no to? The one you feel like you should eat less often, but somehow always find yourself reaching for?
Or maybe you hear that inner voice saying: "I know you want to be healthy, but you deserve this!"?
Most of us assume that sudden cravings come down to a lack of willpower. But more often than not, your body is responding to specific types of hungerāand your inner "Food Devil" knows exactly how to persuade you!
In this cozy, 2-hour interactive workshop, we will pull back the curtain on what is really driving your food choices and decode the sneaky arguments your inner food devil uses to hijack your healthy intentions.
During the workshop, we will:
- Decode the 6 Human Hungers: Learn why physical food only satisfies one type of hunger, and why you might still feel unsatisfied 30 minutes after eating.
- Meet your inner Food Devil: Discover the specific "personalities" and persuasive arguments used to tempt you with your favorite foods.
- Explore why traditional diets fail: Understand why restrictive diets don't work long-term, and how to address emotional eating instead.
- Bring awareness to unconscious habits: Learn how to create more peace, clarity, and ease in your relationship with food.
- Practice with interactive exercises: Apply your new insights directly through a hands-on exercise using your favorite treat!
No previous knowledge is neededājust an open mind and a curiosity to understand your habits better.
What to bring? šŖ
Please bring along your absolute favorite treatāthe one you currently find hardest to resist (chocolates, candies, cookies, etc.)! We will be using your treats directly for an interactive exercise.
