We are a community of local women who take charge of their own emotional and spiritual well-being. There are circles, coffee meets and whatsapp group for building connections of your choice.

This is a safe space for women to explore and embody their sacredness through ancient multi-cultural practices. From Yogic meditation to Shamanic journeys, from chants & mantra to somatic dance, from intuitive art to transcendental journaling, we release and grow along with the moon cycles. We honor our inner Goddess and hold space for each other to bring harmony and empowerment into the world.

Often, what we experience as tension or disconnection is not a flaw, but a signal.
A call to look closer, to listen more deeply.
These may show up as:
- Difficulty finding joy in the everyday
- Feeling ungrounded during uncertainty
- Strain in relationships
- A sense of dissatisfaction or restlessness
- Emotional distance from yourself or others
Rather than something to fix, these moments can become doorways.

You will be guided and held by two experienced facilitators, Malieokalani and Sudhanya, in a space designed for depth, safety, and honest exploration.
Together, we will explore:
- Awareness of your energetic and emotional landscape
- Gentle release of patterns that no longer serve you
- Reconnection with your body and intuitive intelligence
- Practices to support clarity, grounding, and inner steadiness
- Ways to carry this embodiment into your daily life

You are welcome from 10:00 onwards and can stay later in the day to enjoy the green woods. There is a greenhouse lounge for sitters and serene walking paths for movers.

Malieokalani carries a lineage of teachings that spans worlds. Trained in shamanic energy medicine through the Four Winds Society, she has lived, learned, and been initiated by wisdom keepers of the Andes, the Putumayo Inga, and the Arawakos of the Sierra Nevada, and has been steeped in the Aloha spirit of Auntie Mahealani in Hawaii. She carries the voice of the Lemurian codes and has walked the path of medicine woman, mystic, and creator.
She is the founder of Sacred Woman School, a mother of four, a weaver of new realities, a steward of feminine awakening. She has guided thousands of women into the truth of who they are, helping them activate their soul's blueprint and walk the path of remembrance.
