Dear Eindhoven sisters,

In our journey to face our collective shadows, this month we are going to explore a taboo emotion: Anger! As a misunderstood emotion in our society, we don't allow ourselves to be angry healthily and as a result it becomes out of control. The fire of anger can explode others or implode inside, leaving us disconnected and closed hearted. Do you resonate? How do you deal with it?
