Happiness @ Work
·OnlineOnlineCan happiness and work be combined? Is it possible at all to feel happy at Work? I know many people feel like this is a utopia, but I believe that it is absolutely possible!
For me it is even clear that experiencing happiness at work should not be a (nice) exception but the most natural thing in the world.
In this webinar I will take a look at some of the advantages of happiness at work, dig a bit deeper into what gives / leads to happiness at work and how you can easily get more of it. In doing so I might also bust a few myths that are around about happiness at work.
Introduction of the speaker (Marlène Lemmens):
After many years as a product engineer, I now lead a team within an engineering department - work I combine with my role as a Happiness Officer. In both positions, I focus on making happiness at work something tangible, actionable, and accessible.
My passion for workplace happiness is matched by a genuine curiosity about people and what drives them. I bring together technical expertise, a deep interest in human motivation, and a naturally positive energy to inspire others to take ownership of their own well-being at work. By helping people understand how they can influence their own happiness, I aim to make a meaningful difference in both their professional and personal lives.4 attendees
