Join our gentle, breath-centered therapeutic yoga sessions designed to support healing from stress, fatigue, back pain, and more. These classes are rooted in traditional Yoga and adapted to modern needs — making them perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
In each 60-minute session, you'll be guided through:

Taught by a certified instructor from SVYASA Bengaluru, with a specialization in therapeutic yoga, these sessions are accessible, calming, and nurturing.

  • Where: Online via Google Meet (link sent upon RSVP)
  • What you need: A yoga mat, quiet space, optional cushion/blanket
