Sa, 11.10., EARLY BIRD 6.30 Uhr EISBADEN, Wim Hof Meditation und Haka

Eisbaden am Samstag, 11.10.2025 und zwar diesmal um 6.30 Uhr in der Früh. Alle herzlich willkommen, die Challenges mögen. Treffpunkt ist vorm Milchhäusl im Englischen Garten, Veterinärstr 16. es findet bei jedem Wetter statt. Wir gehen dann zusammen zum Eisbach, machen eine Meditation zusammen, dann ab ins Wasser. Mitzubringen: Handtuch, sonst nichts. Keine Kosten.
Danach gibt es noch etwas Fitness und einen Haka. Keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich.

Wer möchte, ist danach noch auf Kaffee oder Tee und ggf Frühstück in einem nahegelegenen Café dabei.

Meeting point in front of the Milchhäusl in Veterinärstr 16 in the English Garden. Just bring a towl, nothing else. No costs at all. Having just a good time together with some meditation, swimming in the Eisbach and some body exercises. No prior knowledge necessary.
If you want feel free to have a Coffee or a tea with others afterwards in a Café nearby the English Garden.
