Whether you were raised in a different faith or grew up with no religious background at all, the path to Buddhism is unique for everyone. We know that transitioning to a new spiritual practice can bring up many questions, challenges, and even a sense of uncertainty.

You are warmly invited to a safe, open space to share your story and reflect on the experiences of others. Led by Bishop Marvin Harada of the Buddhist Churches of America, this discussion is designed for everyone—from curious newcomers to lifelong Buddhists who wish to support those on this journey.

Join us for our regular service at 11am in the temple, after which we’ll gather in the Tsuji building for a shared meal. Then we'll return to the temple for a brief message from Bishop Harada, followed by a guided group conversation and Q&A.

Please RSVP at the link here to receive event updates and reminders, as well as the Zoom link if you'd prefer to join us remotely.
