🏋️‍♂️ Calisthenics & Bodyweight Training Meetup 💪

Welcome to the movement! This group is for anyone interested in calisthenics, bodyweight fitness, and outdoor training — whether you’re a beginner learning your first pull-up or an advanced athlete working on handstands and muscle-ups.

We train using minimal equipment and maximum energy, focusing on strength, mobility, endurance, and control. Each session includes:

âś… Cool-downs & stretch sessions

Our mission is to build a strong local community of people who enjoy movement, self-discipline, and growth — physically and mentally. Everyone is welcome! Come meet new friends, learn new skills, and get stronger together.
