Join us for Interfaith Yoga for Peace, a welcoming and inclusive community practice where movement, breath, and intention come together in service of global harmony. Each session blends gentle, mindful yoga with moments of shared prayer and reflection from a variety of spiritual traditions—including Christian, Jewish, Islamic, Hindu, Buddhist, Indigenous, and other world faiths.
Rooted in compassion and respect, our gatherings offer a sacred space to connect body, mind, and spirit while honoring the rich diversity of human belief. Whether you’re religious, spiritual, or simply seeking a sense of connection, you are welcome here. Together, we breathe peace into ourselves—and extend it out into the world.
