In this event, our guest, Clive Holmes, will guide you to find quietude and stability in a loud, unpredictable world.

With almost three decades of teaching meditation and mindfulness, Clive offers a tremendous amount of insight and experience for all levels of practitioners. His background in Western philosophy and his studies of Eastern practices with prominent teachers from Burma, South East Asia, Japan, and Tibet makes Clive a unique blend of the worlds. As a former monk, Clive has also undertaken intensive retreats to deepen his own practice. He is also the co-editor of the books "Taming the Tiger" and "Restoring the Balance" by Akong Tulku Rinpoche.

Our host Ela Crain has an MSc in Cognitive and Perceptual Brain Sciences from UCL. She has been studying Tibetan Buddhism with Clive Holmes and other renowned teachers, such as Ringu Tulku Rinpoche and HE 12th Tai Situpa, and practicing meditation over a decade. Ela comes with a wealth of wisdom and tools to guide you on your journey towards serenity and self-awareness. Ela is also the host of Nonconventional Show, exploring the paths less traveled, and A Buddhist View, engaging in insightful discussions with Ringu Tulku Rinpoche about spirituality and Buddhist philosophy.

Don't miss this event if you're after inner peace and emotional stability in these chaotic times. There will be a talk, short guided meditation, a tea break, and a Q&A.

Please arrive on time to avoid affecting the flow of the event. We may not be able to let you in if you're more than 15 minutes late.
