Join us for a mindful gathering in the heart of Wandle Park, where we will hold space together through the quiet not as absence, but as presence. This is a practice in conserving silence: not speaking, not filling space, but listening deeply… to the wind in the trees, to the rhythm of your breath, to the subtle voice within.
We will begin with a brief grounding, then move into a shared silent walk or seated stillness, allowing the park’s natural energy to nourish and guide us. You are welcome to bring a journal, something to sit on, or anything that anchors your being.
After our time in silence, there will be space to gently socialise for those who feel called to connect, share reflections, or simply enjoy soft conversation among kindred spirits.
If you prefer to leave quietly with just a smile or nod, you are warmly honored in that.
If you wish to remain in the group space without speaking, a simple shake of the head is all that’s needed. All forms of presence are welcomed and respected.
