This month we are thrilled to welcome Eli Weikart, as he discusses the state of the market here in Columbus while simultaneously comparing it to other markets across the United States.
Eli Weikart brings a combined 10 years of experience to the Columbus market in property management, business development, and sales. He started working in college student housing in 2014 while pursing his master’s degree, and moved to Columbus in 2017 to begin his sales career. Eli has been with CoStar Group since 2022 and oversees 1200 individual clients across Columbus between CoStar, Loopnet, and Homes.com. He advises both commercial and residential real estate clients on business and marketing strategies, sales techniques, and leveraging data analytics. Eli was named a “Young Influencer in Real Estate” by Tradewire Columbus in April 2023 and recently ran his first Marathon this past May.
