Talks:
Modern Cloud Security with AWS
When operating workloads in a Cloud environment, our approach to security must change accordingly. With shared responsibility between Cloud provider and customer, the line of responsibility may not always be clear. Come learn about how a strong secure foundation can be laid using Cloud concepts and technologies, accelerating the development of your business applications in the Cloud.

Speaker: Matt Eglin, Solutions Architect @AWS

Enhancing Cloud visibility and threat detection
Adopting cloud technology brings unique security challenges that differ from traditional on-premises infrastructure. Major cloud security issues include maintaining visibility, managing multi-cloud complexity, detecting cloud-specific threats, and navigating the expanding landscape of security tools. In this security talk, Corelight will discuss how to achieve comprehensive visibility across both on-premise and (multi-)cloud environments, identify threats specific to the cloud, and enhance your incident response capabilities in the cloud.

Speaker: Nico Roosenboom, Senior Systems Engineer @ Corelight

What's wrong with the modern SOC
Diving deeper into today's current SoC operations Elastic's Security CTO explains why core centralisation of data for a one to many use model enhances insights and cuts down false positive noise as well as additional benefits from adding in DevSecOps and QA data to deliver a more prevent than detect model can push Cybersecurity forward whilst driving down costs.

Speaker: Adam Button, Security Field CTO @Elastic

Bios:
With over a decade of experience in cybersecurity, Nico Roosenboom is a seasoned professional known for his expertise. Currently working as a Security Engineer for Corelight, he also contributes to national security as a Cyber Reserve for the Netherlands Armed Forces.
