We'll discuss how we built a knowledge base chatbot using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Elasticsearch's vector database. This solution helps our customer service agents find relevant information quickly, improving response times and accuracy. We'll discuss how the system works, why we used Elasticsearch's vector database to store and retrieve information, and the benefits it brings to our team.
