Details

Join us on December 7th from 6:00-8:00 pm EST at the University of Central Florida Downtown campus. We are joined by Joseph Dissmeyer, who will be presenting, Managing the Elastic Stack with Ansible, followed by food and networking!

Talk Abstract: Managing the Elastic Stack with Ansible

Joe will be demonstrating how to provision and manage a full Elastic Stack deployment (products designed to help users take data from any source and in any format, and search, analyze and visualize that data) using Ansible (the simplest way to automate IT) as well as strategies for managing multiple clusters and dealing with air-gapped environments. Included in the discussion and demonstration will be Ansible roles and playbooks for Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats, Elastic Agent, and Fleet Server. The focus of the demonstration is geared toward on-premise environments however the concepts presented can be easily adopted towards any other deployment type (cloud, hybrid, etc.).
