ChatGPT can read and respond to human language. It would be great to use that for your business, if it didn’t have the following shortcomings:

• it lies convincingly
• its information is out of date
• it might say wonderful (possibly true) things about your competitor

How do we use the magnificent functionality in ChatGPT while ensuring that we don’t run into the problems? It’s all about the domain. In this talk, we’ll discuss the steps to do this and then actually walk through them together to create our own useful, reliable natural language client.
