Georgia's New Anti-'Revenge Porn' Law (virtual)

Georgia has a new law on the books (from bill SB 78) to outlaw "revenge porn", the posting of nude images without consent of the subject. Does this law achieve its goals, or does it go too far? Are there any new risks to photographers acting in good faith?
