Security Education and Know Your Rights Training Organizational Meeting

Details
This is an organizational meeting to gauge interest in organizing Security Education and "Know Your Rights" training for Electronic Frontiers Georgia. We're looking for trainers/presenters, organizers to prepare materials and schedule talks, outreach advocates, and reviewers to provide honest feedback for our presenters. This meeting will not be recorded or streamed, so if you miss the meeting, you miss it, but please let us know if you would still like to volunteer, and we may still organize other meetings or one-on-one discussions.
Please check these excellent resources from the Electronic Frontier Foundation (eff.org) that could be the basis for our training: Surveillance Self Defense: https://ssd.eff.org, the Security Education Companion: https://www.securityeducationcompanion.org, and Street-Level Surveillance: https://sls.eff.org. For "Know Your Rights" training, we have used the videos "10 Rules for Dealing with Police" (from Flex Your Rights) and "Don't Talk to the Police" (from Regent University); both are available on YouTube. Please review these resources before the meeting if you have a chance.
