What we’re about
What is the goal of ESTCM "Elements Seasons TCM Food & Wellbeing Circle"?
To create a warm, grounding space where people reconnect with their
body, mind, and natural rhythm through Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) inspired food, shared meals, and honest conversations. ESTCM brings people together around the table exploring the ancient and modern wisdom of TCM, the power of seasonal ingredients, and the quiet strength of simple, nourishing food. Each gathering is a slow, mindful experience. Slow down. Nourish deeply. Come back to yourself.

Each event explores a theme such as sleep, energy, digestion, immunity, or emotional balance.
About us
We're believing food is a language of love and care. Sometimes you don’t need a solution. You just need a warm bowl, a quiet space, and someone who reminds you how to listen to your body.
