About us

What is the goal of ESTCM "Elements Seasons TCM Food & Wellbeing Circle"?
To create a warm, grounding space where people reconnect with their
body, mind, and natural rhythm through Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) inspired food, shared meals, and honest conversations. ESTCM brings people together around the table exploring the ancient and modern wisdom of TCM, the power of seasonal ingredients, and the quiet strength of simple, nourishing food. Each gathering is a slow, mindful experience. Slow down. Nourish deeply. Come back to yourself.

Who is this group for?
This group is for:
• people interested in natural health and holistic wellbeing
• anyone curious about Traditional Chinese Medicine and food
• busy minds who want to reconnect with their body
• nature lovers, conscious eaters, and creative souls

If you feel tired, disconnected, overstimulated or out of balance, this space is for you.

What will we do?
We meet in small groups in calm locations, kitchens, tea rooms, community spaces, or nature settings.
This is not a diet program.
This does not replace medical treatment.
This is a real-life nourishment experience.

Expect:
• shared preparation of Chinese recipes
• TCM-inspired discussions about balance, organs and seasons
• herbal teas and warming tonics
• mindful eating and sensory awareness
• simple rituals for grounding and calming the nervous system
• space for conversation, silence, and real connection

Each event explores a theme such as sleep, energy, digestion, immunity, or emotional balance.

About us
We're believing food is a language of love and care. Sometimes you don’t need a solution. You just need a warm bowl, a quiet space, and someone who reminds you how to listen to your body.

    Tofu-Making Workshop

Join us for a unique hands-on experience where you will learn how to make fresh tofu from scratch. During this workshop, we will explore the traditional process of tofu making and discover the fascinating history behind this beloved food.

Together, we will transform soybeans into fresh tofu and cook several delicious tofu dishes. Along the way, we will introduce the rich history of tofu, which dates back more than 2,000 years to ancient China, where it became an essential source of nourishment and later spread across East Asia and the world.

We will also talk about the many benefits of tofu. Tofu is a nutritious, plant-based protein that is rich in essential amino acids, minerals, and vitamins. It is naturally cholesterol-free, low in saturated fat, and a versatile ingredient that can be used in many healthy and delicious dishes.

This workshop is not only about cooking, but also about sharing knowledge, culture, and good food. Enjoy a warm and social atmosphere while learning new skills, tasting homemade tofu, and connecting with others.

Come curious, leave inspired and full of delicious tofu!

    🌿 WHAT IS GUA SHA?

Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese wellness technique that has been practiced for centuries to support circulation, lymphatic drainage, and natural healing.
In facial Gua Sha, a smooth stone tool (often jade or rose quartz) is gently glided across the skin using slow, intentional strokes.

    This technique helps to:
    • Stimulate lymphatic flow
    • Reduce puffiness
    • Release jaw, forehead, and neck tension
    • Improve circulation
    • Naturally lift and sculpt
    • Enhance your skin’s natural glow
Unlike invasive treatments, Gua Sha works with your body encouraging balance and vitality from within.
