What is this event about?
Join us every Saturday, from 8:00 am to 8:40 am, for a grounding and revitalizing Qi Gong experience by the lakeside. This session invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body through gentle, flowing Qi Gong movements rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Surrounded by nature and water, we cultivate balance, calm, and inner strength, allowing the mind to settle and the body’s energy to move freely. This is an invitation to restore, reset, and begin your Saturday with clarity and ease. If weather conditions are unfavorable, we’ll cancel one day before.

Where
Zug Bootshafen, directly at the lakeside and conveniently accessible from both Zurich and Lucerne via public transport.
